Lua CRM uses Paddle as its authorised Merchant of Record for all payments and billing.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
- You are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase of a Lua CRM subscription.
- After 14 days from the purchase date, all payments are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
