Lua CRM uses Paddle as its authorized Merchant of Record for all payments and billing.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • You are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase of a Lua CRM subscription.
  • After 14 days from the purchase date, all payments are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

2. How Refunds Are Processed

All refund requests are handled directly by Paddle in accordance with Paddle's refund policy and payment processing rules.

To request a refund, please:

  • Use the refund option available in your Paddle payment confirmation email, or
  • Contact Paddle support directly through their official support channels

3. Subscription Renewals

  • Refunds apply only to the initial purchase period.
  • Subscription renewals are non-refundable, unless required by applicable consumer protection laws.

4. Digital Service Acknowledgement

  • Lua CRM is a digital, subscription-based software service delivered electronically.
  • By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that access to the Service is provided immediately upon payment.
