Monthly Membership Fees
A membership is a catalog item with a duration, a sales price, optional tax, and an optional discount. Assign it with a start date, an end date, and auto-renew. Preview who is due for one building or all buildings, then generate one confirmed sales invoice per resident.
Debt and Payments
Confirming the invoice creates debt for that resident. Record a full or partial payment, with a note and a file. A payment can use prepaid balance. Staff see every building. A resident limited to their own records sees only their own balance.
Tickets
Requests to the management company are tickets on a board with your own statuses, such as new, in progress, and done. Use them for a complaint, a suggestion, or any request. A ticket can be public to the board or private to the people involved.
Resident Login
When the setting is on, a resident gets a username and password for the website and the mobile app. They see their own debt, pay it, and follow their own tickets. Residents use the same app, with a smaller role.

How It Works
