How Lua Fiscal Works with Lua CRM

Register with the tax authority
Complete business registration with the Armenian tax authority before connecting a fiscal device.
Open Fiscal Devices in CRM
In Lua CRM go to Settings → Integrations → Armenian Fiscal Device → Fiscal Devices.
Install Lua Fiscal
Download Lua Fiscal from Microsoft Store and install it on the Windows PC connected to your ECR (ՀԴՄ).
Add your fiscal device
In CRM add the device: name, branch, host/IP, port, operator credentials, CRN, and related settings.
Pair with activation code
Generate an activation code in CRM and paste it into Lua Fiscal to connect the desktop agent to your account.
Print a test receipt
Print a test receipt from CRM through sales, documents, or POS to confirm the device and agent are working.
